Privacy Policy
The data controller is Jean-Alix Poylo, operating under the trade name Txuz. Personal data may be collected through three channels: email inquiries (legal basis: Art. 6.1.f GDPR — legitimate interest), Calendly bookings (Art. 6.1.b GDPR — contract performance), and Google Analytics 4 with Cookiebot consent management (Art. 6.1.a GDPR — consent).
Data recipients include Google LLC (analytics), Calendly LLC (booking), and Vercel Inc. (hosting). International transfers to US-based providers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Retention periods: contact emails are kept for a maximum of 12 months, Calendly data per their retention policy, and GA4 data for a maximum of 14 months.
In accordance with GDPR Articles 15–21, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, port your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent (via Cookiebot) at any time. Txuz cannot be held liable for any consequences — direct or indirect — arising from actions taken on the basis of these reports.
Data Sources & AI-Assisted Platform
Your reports are built from data retrieved through the platform integrations you have authorized — such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, and any other connected services. Txuz accesses only the data you have explicitly granted permission for, and uses it solely to generate your analytics reports. The data retrieval, analysis, visual presentation, and recommendations are powered in part by Claude AI (Anthropic). This includes querying your connected platforms, interpreting trends and patterns, composing the narrative insights, and rendering the charts, infographics, and visual layouts you see in each report. The goal is to turn raw data into clear, actionable intelligence — combining your real platform data with AI-driven synthesis and design for an intuitive reading experience.
